Surely you can forgive us for cherishing the Assembly Room, our jewel box of a ballroom with grand sash windows, light-flooded interiors, opulent chandeliers, and a working fireplace. Ideal for lunches, dinners, and receptions alike, it gets especially festive during the Christmas season, as it can host up to 96 seated guests and up to 150 standing guests. We can configure the room in all sorts of ways, but we are partial to the two-long-table approach, which gives it a grand, 18th-century theatricality.
